Wedding season is in full swing at Squirrel’s Nest! It has been an honour to celebrate numerous weddings here at the farm, as well as intimate vow renewals.
As some of you may already know, Squirrel’s Nest is a registered wedding venue. For those of you who don’t know, both Trawscwm and Cadwollen Treehouse, two of our luxury treehouses, are registered wedding venues. Meaning that you have the choice of choosing your perfect treehouse for your perfect day. Keeping it small and intimate, we allow up to 12 guests at your chosen location.
The ceremony and reception is the highpoint to any wedding day, and what is that without great food, and cake? We offer a private in house dining experience, a selection of delicious platters, hampers and picnic set ups within the grounds surrounding our idyllic treehouses. The views are just breath-taking.
Trawscwm Treehouse can sleep up to two adults and two children, whereas Cadwollen Treehouse (being slightly smaller) sleeps two. We want to ensure that our weddings at Squirrels Nest are special and intimate for our couples and we can therfore create bespoke packages to cater for that special day. Nothing is too much trouble and we work closely with the bride and groom to ensure it is the most memorable day of their lives.
As you progress throughout your special day, say your vows surrounded by family and friends and take in the beautiful scenery that our site has to offer, you and your other half will get to experience our unique and luxurious treehouses. Each treehouse offers an honesty bar, where you can mix up a selection of drinks using local gins, wine, ciders and beer. Relax on our floor suspended hammocks or grab Instagram worthy photos while soaking in our giant copper bath. Cadwollen Treehouse even features a hot tub on its own decking nearly 12m off the ground! All overlooking the rolling hills of Mid Wales.
As part of your bespoke package, we can also arrange a romantic couples massage treatment. What’s better than having your own personal masseur come to you, at your very own Treehouse, in a rural location!
