About
Meet Prince Llywelyn Treehouse, the biggest treehouse at the site and the ultimate Welsh escape for families, friends and groups looking for something completely different.
Spanning almost 56 square metres, this spectacular bespoke treehouse has been crafted from locally sourced oak, larch and western red cedar, creating a beautiful woodland retreat with plenty of space to relax. It comfortably sleeps five, with room for two more adventurous guests in the suspended ‘only the brave’ hammock overlooking the living area.
Outside, the private deck is home to a bubbling hot tub surrounded by the trees and a slide for kids (and adults!).
With a comfortable lounge, fully equipped facilities, Smart TV, Wi-Fi and 4G access. We also have 4G in the odd spot (although we recommend you turn the phone off!).
Stocked with complimentary Muesli, Welsh Tea, instant, ground coffee and coffee pods for the Tassimo coffee machine, Olive oil, salt and pepper. Milk can also be provided upon request prior to your arrival.
Best choice for: Families, groups of friends and celebrations.
Arrivals & Departures
- Check in is from 4pm and check out is 10am.
- Guests are more than welcome to park up and enjoy the walks in the surrounding area outside of these times.
- Early check in (from 2.30pm) and Late check out (at 11am) is charged at an additional £50 each and can be added to your booking in the extras section before completing your reservation.
Housekeeping & Useful Information
Cooking
- Electric cooker with a ceramic hob.
- Fridge with a small box freezer.
- Cooking utensils, pots and pans.
- Cool bags are available upon request.
- Over on the green, there is a Chimney for you to use, whether it’s to toast marshmallows, or to just sit by during a chilly evening underneath the starry skies. We provide skewers (in the kitchen) and wood for the fire.
Washing up
- Washing up liquid, cloths and sponges are provided.
Water
- The water in the Treehouse is from our own farm spring and is drinkable.
Keeping warm
- The Treehouse has 100mm of insulation throughout. Along with the electric radiators and cosy blankets, we are sure you will be warm on the cosiest of nights.

- Large freestanding bath
- Fluffy towels and spa bath robes.
- A floor to ceiling window overlooking the small ravine allows you to be ‘at one with nature’, gazing out onto the countryside whilst relaxing in the bath… utter bliss!
Pets
- Due to us being a working farm and begin located is such a rural farming area, we are unfortunately unable to welcome your pets or dogs.
Accessibility
Please Note:
There is direct vehicle access and parking next to the treehouse.
You’re about six miles from the nearest village and shop, so there’s always the option of stocking up, checking in and just sinking into the perfect seclusion.
